Puppy Buyer Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in our puppies. Please take a few minutes to tell us about yourself/family and the dog/puppy you believe might be the perfect fit for you. Your answers will help us match a puppy or older dog to your needs. Please note that although we try to accommodate according to your requests for gender and color, we would like you to realize that fitting a puppy/dog to the temperament and plans for training are more important to us as we find your ideal companion. We try to respond within 72 hours.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will be required once your application has been approved. After that the remaining amount of $3,500 will be due at the time of pick up or delivery (delivery fee will be added and based upon location).
Make a total cost of a puppy $4500.

We do not "hold" a puppy until we have a deposit and do not take a deposit until you are approved. All deposits are non-refundable. Please note that by making a deposit does not guarantee immediate placement. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will be required once your application has been approved. After that the remaining amount of $3,500 will be due at the time of pick up or delivery (delivery fee will be added and based upon location) Once you have been approved and have made your deposit you will be placed on the wait list. You will then be contacted once puppies are available to you at 2 weeks old. You then will have SIX weeks until your new puppy can go home.
